I would have given AutoStar 100 stars but the maximum is 5. Absolutely, hands down, a fantastic experience. I originally booked with another company. After they failed to find a carrier for 3 weeks, I cancelled the booking and called Manny at AutoStar. I explained my situation and the tight timeframe I was under due to the failure of the other company. He said he would call some of their contacts and would call me back in an hour. He called back before the hour was up and found a carrier that would pick my car up THAT very day and deliver it within my tight timeframe from Chicago area to Arizona. I accepted the booking and within 30 minutes the driver called me to coordinate the pickup. The car arrived as expected and was in perfect condition. The communication throughout the process from the driver and AutoStar was fantastic. If you want your car transported on time with outstanding communication, contact AutoStar and ask for Manny.
