Picked up car in appointed time frame, advising us when they were about 20 out. Upon arrival in Arizona I noticed that the car had been securely fastened down. The car was properly unfastened and driven down the ramp. It looked as good as when it left. The car was delivered in the time frame given us. Also, a notification when they were about 20 out.
