I had an extremely pleasant experience with the team at AutoStar Transport Express. From the pre-pickup call with the driver, I knew I was in safe hands. The driver was upfront, empathetic and professional in arranging pickup. At Pickup he carefully walked me through my vehicle condition and assured me my car was in safe hands. Throughout the trip, the driver kept me up to date with his progress and made the long trip in record time (NYC to San Francisco in 4.5 days). Again the driver arranged a drop-off location that worked for me and my car was in excellent condition when it arrived. I would not hesitate to recommend or reuse AutoStar Transport Express for any vehicle transportation in the future.
