We had a signed contract with customer with a first available release date of 12/27. On 12/21 we assigned a carrier to pickup on 12/27. Upon notifying the customer, he informed us that he was changing his first available release date to 01/03. Cx signed another contract, again agreeing to our 5 business day contract. Customer cancelled his order on 01/05, only the 3rd day of his 5 day contract. Terms and conditions are very clear, and customer agreed to all terms and conditions TWICE, that if the order is cancelled before the end of the 5th business day the deposit it non refundable......not to mention that we had already rendered services to customer back in December. We wish the customer well.
