I saw a couple negative comments about this company. I being a business owner know that the louder and more out of line a review is the less i need that customer to return. There are plenty of brokers out there who will look for shippers. Shippers are generally independent and I knew that. This company's representative reached out to me twice with a call and once with a text. He seemed to be actually working to get a driver. The second call he had one secured with a price that was a bit higher than i wanted however was ready to pick up the next day without fail. So i committed and send the money to this company and shared the instructions to make everything work. He followed up twice and passed the driver's name, company name, phone number and all to me. I was impressed. Then the driver called me to confirm the load and suggested to me when it would arrive at my location. Good so far. The day of the pickup i received confirmation text and email with the BOL and any and all necessary paperwork. Later the driver called me to advise me he was on the road and confirmed the approximate delivery time about noon the day after that day. All good. Later the next day driver called again to advise all was well but he may be an hour late on delivery. Next morning he called again to advise me it would be 1:30 PM versus the 1 PM he told me the day before. I suggested no problem. Then again about 1:15 he called to advise me he had turned onto the main road to get to me. And then in a few minutes he was here right on time. He had a auto hauler trailer and all was secured full of autos except one vacant. in just a matter of minutes he had mine off and in my driveway. I paid him cash as we agreed upon an doff he was. The extra hundred bucks i thought was too high was well worth it. i really should not have worried at all. I don't know if i was just lucky or if they are just that good. I would do this again and again.
