My overall experience was positive. From my first call with Mark, he was very courteous and polite. I had a tight pickup/delivery time/duration restriction, and he was able to find a dispatcher to have it delivered by my requested date. I made the inquiry call on Monday. I needed the car delivered by following Wednesday. He gave me a follow-up courtesy call the day after my inquiry call, and I confirmed a contract with him by Wednesday. He had the car picked up by Thursday afternoon and had car delivered by Friday night. Granted, the driver delivered the car 4 hours after he said he'll delivery it by, but I'm not going to hold that against them since it was delivered almost 5 days before my requested date. One thing I wasn't aware of until I got the phone call about the confirmed delivery date, but you'll have to pay the driver remaining balance in cash or money order.
The company is very efficient. The driver was also very professional as well.
