I was helping my son get his car transported from Oregon to South Carolina, when he moved there. I was very happy with the agent that reached out to me when I asked for an estimate. He had the best customer service, and even kept in touch with me when the move was postponed by a few weeks. He was very patient with me, in a difficult time in my life. He was definitely the reason I chose this company, as I had many other offers, some were a little bit cheaper. His wonderful attitude and customer service definitely made the difference. The transporter that picked up the car and delivered it was also great! Very professional and thorough in his inspection of the vehicle. The car arrived in great shape, same as when picked up, and the final cost did not change throughout the move. This unfortunately was not the case with two other companies we used for the move of his belongings, and pets. So I am very happy and grateful that this company did exactly what they said and in a timely fashion :) Thank you very very much!!
