I requested a quote for multiple transport services and Juan from Autostar called me right away and gave me. a price with details. Once I booked my car to be transported they provided excellent communication and was there to pick up the car at the time and date that they originally gave me. Once my car was in route to the destination, I was even able to call Autostar and they provided me with detailed tracking information and confirmed the original deliver date. On the day of delivery, I received phone calls and text messages from the driver giving me the exact time that the delivery will be made. I was so pleased that it was the same driver and my vehicle was on the original transport truck that it left on. I can not say enough good things about Autostar, Juan (My Transport Representative ) and the customer service staff, and I would recommend them to anyone out there looking to have their vehicle transported. I almost forgot to mention that my Car left on Tuesday evening (from Mississippi) and arrived on Sunday afternoon (Southern California) WOW only 5 DAYS Not only was their price the best, their transportation time was EXCELLENT! Thank you Juan and Autostar!
