I actually did my homework and shopped around to find the right auto carrier for trransporting my vehicle and never do I regret choosing Autostar. The customer service always answered my questions in the same business day and would always call me or send an email when there was change in status of my vehicle (ie, it has arrived at this port, it has been dispatched, et al). The door to door service however was not honored. The driver dropping off the vehicle was unfamiliar with the area (it is in a rural area) and asked me to meet him elsewhere. Either way, I would still recommend autostar and would use them again if needed.
