Customer seems to be a bit confused. We received two separate quote requests from two different lead sources from this customer. The first request came in early May and destination was Santa Fe, NM. A couple of days later we received another quote request for destination Los Almos, NM. 10 days after that we received yet another quote request again to Los Almos, NM. The quoted price were different because of two reasons......our quotes are only good for two weeks, and the change of location for delivery. Customer voluntarily booked his order on 24th of May for the $1600 price he was quoted. Once the quote became an order, the customer was never asked to pay more money.
