They got back with quote very quickly and offered a follow up phone call that answered my few initial questions. I liked that I didn't get an excess of calls and emails to use their service. There was a very minor issue with the courier and I got a call and the first they said was good afternoon your car is completely fine but it'll take an extra day. It was no issue but I really appreciate the promptness of the phone call and just calling me and telling me what's going on versus getting a runaround. Everyone I spoke to in regards to my vehicle was polite and offered me the exact info I needed. The call wait times virtually non existent. Definitely feels like you are a priority and I felt very confident knowing that I knew what was going on with my vehicle. I also really liked having the couriers info and detailed pictures of the vehicle upon pickup. All safeguards that I'm glad are there but with their customer service I didn't feel the need to constantly be checking as they would update me. It's not something I've ever had to do but if I ever have to transport another car cross country - I'll definitely use them again.
