Very good communication and guidance. Professional and helpful. Tips for if you are doing this from Puerto Rico to USA: Start early, get your paperwork, make appointments at all of the places with at least one week notice and make sure you always have copies of your documents with you. It is a pain, but if you can block out 2 full days and some prep, you can do it without paying a consultant.
