The process from start to finish was excellent. From booking, to taking my vehicle to the port, notifications on how the vehicle was moving. The only thing that was not as expected was the notification to pickup my vehicle. I was never contacted. I had to call a few times to find somebody who can tell me when and how to pick it up.
