I moved from VA to TX for grad school and one of my friends had recommended AutoStar. I called the next day and was able to get my shipping set up easily over the phone. The rep I spoke with answered all of my questions and assured me that it would be an easy transition. Once a carrier picked up my car, it was supposed to be delivered before I arrived in Austin but the driver was kind enough to hold onto it for a little longer for when I got there. As soon as I landed, the driver notified me that he was in Austin and I picked up my car only an hour after landing in a new state. The state and condition of my car was exactly how I sent it off and I would use AutoStar again when I need it and recommend it to others!
