I have had the experience of arranging transportation for valuable furniture, and some of these distances have been less than 10 miles. Given the frustration from these experiences I was very anxious about shipping both of my family's cars three thousand miles. We had one delievery of an 18th centary reproductiom breakfront take at least three weeks under a distance of 10 miles, and during delivery the upper section with the glass doors was dropped! Thus, my dread of moving our sedan and SUV.

Well, Brittney @ Auto Star was very reassuring that I could call her and the driver of the transport truck daily for updates, and it was the driver that called me up telling me when I could expect the vehicals to be picked up. Brittney patiently and kindly answered my endlessly minute questions. She then gave me the quoted price that turned out to be the lowest price. Finally, she encouraged me to shop around for a better price, then told me how well they were rated in the industry and to to the Rating Board site for the Auto Transport & Shipping Industry.

The closer for me with my decision to select Auto Start? Their accepting credit card transactions for full payment. I figured if this company was a sham the credit card companies would not want to deal with them!

I kept in contact with driver daily and he answered my endless questions relating to all aspects of the shipment. He called me the day before delivery to give me the delivery time. He was 30 minutes early, and even made accomadations to my neighbors picky requests. Both vehicals were delivered in their exact pickup conditions.

In conclusion. It was easier to ship two vehicals 3000 thousands miles then one peice of furniture less than 10 miles with Auto Star...and ask for Brittney she is truly a pleasant professional.
