This customer placed an order with us back in April of 2022. They cancelled that order while still under contract. As a courtesy to the customer we offered them credit. In October they placed another order and used the credit that we had given them from the previous order. The new order was scheduled with first available in December. In November they cancelled the new order, again in breach of contract by cancelling before the first available date even occurred. Customer cancelled two orders, both within the contracted dates, both with legally binding signed contracts.
