We are very sorry to hear Mr. Trevino feels they did not have a good experience with us, but we believe it is imperative that we should clarify a few things. Mr Trevino placed his order on 1/27/2023. That same day, he signed and returned his contract. The First Available Pick-Up date in that contract, chosen by Trevino Haynes, was 01/27/2023. As our contract states, AutoStar Transport Express LLC agrees to arrange for the transportation of the vehicle(s) described on the quotation, to be carried on or about the requested dates. One thing customer does not mention in his review is that he was also working with another broker, which clearly makes our job more difficult because his vehicle had been posted by Nexus AT LLC at a higher price. The screenshots shared in other review sites only show part of his interactions with our sales coordinator. In the messages exchanged our coordinator advises customer there is another broker posting his vehicle. Our coordinator then presents different options of potential carriers for a bit more money than quoted because those carriers could see his posting with Nexus, thus they wanted more money. These were simply options, customer did not have to agree to them, and he did not. On 1/28/2023, we secured a carrier at the quoted price and dispatched his order to Cuevas Transportation Inc with estimated pick-up on 1/29/2023 and estimated delivery date on 1/30/2023. That same day, after a carrier had been secured, customer requested his order should be cancelled. Since services have been rendered, unfortunately customer is not eligible for a refund on his deposit. We wish customer well.
