I was skeptical after reading all of the articles on line about transport disaster stories. But my experience with Autostar was completely positive. I asked every question I could of the broker that worked with autostar but he answered them (Definitely get as much information as possible) and handled everything the way he promised. The drop off of the car was easy and within the timeframe that was initially discussed. It was just a matter of being a little flexible for timing because the driver may be driving from a long distance. The pick up was also seamless and both drivers were fantastic, super friendly and customer oriented. My car was in excellent shape even after traveling through a nasty snow storm most of the way across country. I would highly recommend AutoStar. I am both relieved it was such a smooth process and very grateful.
