Everything was efficient and organized. All parties were kept well informed. Car was picked up and delivered within a couple of hours of what was estimated. Leo, the driver for Viper Auto Transport L.L.C., was courteous and very careful while loading the car. He also meticulously inspected the car for damage and marked all scrapes, scratches and dings that were found on the bill of lading. Mary, the broker's rep was also courteous and well informed. The only glitch was that we were informed that the driver would accept a money order on delivery. He would not! Only cashieer's checks or cash was accepted. This caused a minor snaffu, but I would seek out Autostar Transport & Logistics, and Viper Auto Transport L.L.C. again if the need arose to ship another vehicle!
