I was a little usure about this company, but they came though for they were a one day later than the time quoted to me. The customer service is great during the week but poor on the weekends. I was never given a tracking number to see where my truck was. Customer service is quick to answer questions when they have not recieved your deposit once your deposit is recieved the nice call back fall off. At this point you just got to sit back and have faith they are really working and they do an excellent job once you sign the papers. I would use them again if I have to transport a car. I was quoted 1400 by Fedex what a rip off. My vehical was shipped with 15 thousand dollar worth of accessories and nothing was damaged or harmed. I do alot of car shows and sometimes need to ship cars and trucks from coast to coast. I have several friends that have need their cars shipped and I have given all of them AutoStar Transport and Logistics contact information. Even though I was not happy once the inital paper work was done I would reccommend them to everyone. Overall they do an awesome job. AutoStar Transport and Logistics is great if I ever need to ship another car of truck the will be my first call and last call. They quoted lower than the competetion and there were no supprised when it came time to pay. They were great my only complaint was that it took a one day longer than the estimate. I was always told to under promise and over deliver. The transporter was so nice and helpful when he delivered my truck. He was very informative on monday when he go the word that I was wondering where my truck was due to the lack of recieving at tracking number. Thank you AutoStar Transopr and Logistics you will be my first and only call the next time I need another vehical transported.
