I was in an automobile accident in a state 400 miles form my home and needed to leave my vehicle there for repairs. Once the vehicle was fixed, I contemplating flying to the destination and driving it home. I decided to look into auto transport companies. I never had the need to use a carrier of this nature and requested an internet quote. I was contacted by at least 6 or 7 transport companies via the phone and email. The quotes were similar in price and I found the staff at Auto transport to be friendly, professional and conscientious in explaining the transport process and answering my questions. I was kept appraised of the efforts being made to locate a driverto pick my vehicle up at an auto body repair shop, and the time line for delivery once a driver was secured. Brittany and her staff at Autotransport contacted me throughout the process and let me know the status of a delay which occurred when a driver that was secured experienced a vehicle malfunction. Since I had flexibility with the delivery date this did not pose any problem to me, yet the staff immediately worked to secure a new driver. Within 24 hours I was advised that a new driver was available and would be contacting the auto body repair shop to arrange for pick-up.
Throughout the entire process the staff kept in contact with me to advise me of their efforts to get my vehicle to me in a timely manner. They returned all of my phone calls in a timely manner and were able to answer all my questions. It was quite apparent that the staff was experienced and believed in good customer service.
The contracted driver was friendly and kept me posted of his specific arrival time. I did not know what to expect when I arranged to have my vehicle transported, and I was impressed with the service and would use this carrier again.
