This was my first dealing with an auto transport broker and I was somewhat nervous. AutoStar was very responsive to my inquiries and actually made the experience pleasant. Pick up was within time frame quoted. AutoStar informed me that they were not able to obtain a carrier for the amount quoted. Though I would need to pay the carrier extra upon delivery, my credit card was promptly credited by AutoStar for the difference. The carrier kept me informed of progress and was within 30 minutes of estimated delivery. I would highly recommend AutoStar to anyone needing a transport.
