Mr. Copple has chosen to leave out several significant facts regarding his transport. The only reason his vehicle was not picked up is because his contact person never answered the phone, not because of any failure on the part of AutoStar to confirm and send the carrier. We cannot force his contact person to answer the phone or communicate with the carrier who is trying to get the vehicle loaded. After attempting to reach this person for 36 hours, the carrier could not wait any longer and had to continue on his route. We worked diligently to secure this carrier, and have continued to work to assign another carrier, on a difficult route for an extremely oversized vehicle, and it is unfortunate Mr. Copple feels the need to smear our name for someone else's failure. We do everything in our power to accommodate the needs of each and every client, including offering bonuses out of our own pocket to the carriers, but unfortunately it is not possible to please everyone. I am sorry Mr. Copple feels the way he does, but the situation was not caused, nor the fault of, AutoStar Transport.
