This transport of my parents car was our first. I had no idea where to even begin the process. I went to one of "those get 10 quotes" websites and I got 10 Very different quotes.

Mary Rhiannon English from Auto Star emailed me to offer her services before anyone else. I called her and she basically took me by the hand and walked me through the process, which was made a bit more complicated with dealing with elderly parents. Because we had not done this before, I did some things backwards, and Mary always worked to make the process easier and she was so patient with my constant, sometimes stupid questions.

The carrier they found us, could not have been better and was a great match for my parents. They were prompt and friendly, just like everyone at Autostar.
