My daughter contacted AutoStar and after I had reviewed them via this site I was happy to give them the business. Not only did they have high ratings, someone with Autostar provided a response to each bad rating. That impressed me from the beginning.
AutoStar located a transporter (Metro City Transport) who gave us a price better than the original quote.
We were told it would be about a week to deliver the car. It was 4 days (picked up on Monday, delivered on Friday). I was contacted by the driver about an hour before delivery.
The driver was friendly and courteous. He was experienced and knowledgeable.
I could not have flown to Houston and drove the car home for what it cost to do the transport including brokerage fees. What more could I have asked for?
