This was the first time I shipped a vehicle and AutoStar made the whole process very simple. The initial price quote I received was for $790 to ship my vehicle from Maryland to Arizona. Approximately a week before the pick-up date, the price was increased to $890 (which was still less than most other competitors’ quotes). This increase had nothing to do with AutoStar because once potential drivers realized they had to pick up my vehicle at the Baltimore VPC, they all wanted an extra $200 due to the long wait times. AutoStar shopped around and found a driver who was willing to pick up the vehicle from the Baltimore VPC for only $100 extra. The car arrived in seven days and was a bit dirty. However, considering the car traveled that far through West Texas and New Mexico, I expected it to be much worse. Mary English was my shipping coordinator and she was great. I would definitely recommend Autostar to a friend and if I ever have to ship another vehicle in the future, I’ll use them again.
