I contracted Autostar because of their 5-star reputation and because their price was competitive with everyone else. In fact, it ended up being slightly cheaper with some last minute discounts they offered me.
Clearly AutoStar is customer service driven and work with top shelf partners. Mary at AutoStar kept me informed with daily emails. The driver was courteous, clear and considerate. I can't imagine how it could have been better unless I could have tapped into the GPS of the truck to see it in transit.
I have no reservations recommending this company.
