Transport company did not provide good info about actual driver; they could not provide name and number when I asked. Moreover, they indicated driver could be paid with cashiers check, which was incorrect. After I had incurred the expense/inconvenience of getting the cashiers check, days later the driver informed me that he only took cash. He was very polite; but I was angry at the shipping company for misleading me. They (the shipping company and the driver) did not seem well connected to each other.
