I am very sorry that Emilio Mantia feels that the service he received was not up to his standards. However, I would like to clear up the timeline of events, as his description is exaggerated to the point of being completely inaccurate.
Emilio booked his order on the 1st of November with a first available release date of November 2nd, and agreed to a 10 day window for pick up. A carrier was confirmed and assigned that same day, and picked up the vehicle on the 4th of November, the 3rd day of his contract. I am not sure how the 4th of November correlates with Emilios estimate of 5-6 days later. The estimated delivery of this vehicle once it was picked up was 5 to 7 days on this route, and was delivered in 6 days.
On the day of delivery in Ozone Park, NY, an area near Queens and roughly only 2 miles from John F Kennedy airport, the carrier did advise Emilio that they were approximately 10 miles away and were slowly working their way through New York traffic. This delivery location is heavily populated and in a neighborhood that is extremely difficult for large trucks to navigate. The carrier did their best to get there as quickly as traffic would allow, but again, this was NEW YORK TRAFFIC.
I wish Emilio the best in the future, and hope for good luck to any other companies who provide a service to Mr Mantia.
