Hello! I am Mary, the Manager of Quality Control and Training here at AutoStar.
I have looked into the order history of Jana and it looks like our Agent, Mr. Tsuchiya, did quite a bit of specialized work to move this Oversized Vehicle according to her very specific needs, including limited hours of operation and specialized release authorizations. From everything I have looked at and listened to, our Agent went above and beyond to meet the needs Jana expressed and the transport was completed promptly and professionally.
Our agent asked for no financial commitment whatsoever until the vehicle was arranged to be picked up within the first three days of the desired pick up window and it is part of our standard processes and procedures to go through a checklist about vehicles when booking the final order, which is why I am actually very glad to hear the Mr. Tsuchiya was thorough and confirmed the operability of the vehicle!
I am very sorry to hear that she did not feel like our Agent let her finish speaking before talking and that his explanation of the fact that we cannot officially assign a carrier to her without a contract was misinterpreted as us discouraging shopping around- we 100% support consumers researching other companies, which is why we always recommend using Transport Reviews to look us, and other Brokers, up before making a commitment.
Seeing as we successfully arranged for a smooth transport with a competitive price, I would very much like to invite Jana to reconsider working with us again and giving me a call personally with any questions at all about our policies or her order details!
