When I spoke to the rep I asked if I could pay by credit card, I was told yes. At delivery time, the driver calls and said $400 in cash was due, 30 min before delivery, which it was not possible for me. I had to pay an extra 3.5% so that autostartransport could pay the driver.
I spoke to the manager, I was told the conversation was recorded and was going to be reviewed. I haven't heard from him. I also sent an email to the person I talked to but I haven't heard back from him either.
Apart from this, everything was ok.

I am sorry you feel uncertain as to whether you would use us again, Alejandro! We did the best we could to make your transport work out for the best for everyone! I have reviewed the recorded conversations you had with Matt, and he clearly goes over the payment for the transport with you, the deposit with a credit card, with the remaining balance payable upon delivery. He also sent you the contract, which you confirmed to me you received, that outlines everything Matt told you on the phone regarding the payment. I am glad we were able to get the carrier to accept payment from us, so that the vehicle did not go to a storage facility until payment was issued to the carrier. I also tried to contact you to make those recordings available, but was unable to get through, as you are in London. I am glad the vehicle was picked up and delivered on time in great condition, and hope you have a wonderful holiday season! Thanks, Mike Cannon 888-802-8250 ext 1122
