Contacted Brian at AutoZipper after over a week of web research and attempts to understand potential horror stories. Obtained several online quotes, one was from AutoZipper and the quotation was mid range. Saw the abundance of positive reviews on this website for the company and Brian's name was prominent, I decided to call. Did not negotiate prices because Brian sounded so service oriented over the phone. Called him on Friday morning 9/14. He responded with a schedule for pick up on 9/18. Transport arrived as scheduled on evening of 9/18 and picked up my Toyota Avalon. The Car was delivered this morning (9/26) in New Orleans as promised. Everything arrived in good shape including all contents in the trunk. The transport driver was courteous, professional and the service was door to door. There were telephone conversations along the way as the car was being shipped so I knew the status all along. However, a word of advice is that the car owner should also be proactive and initiate some of the status checking phone calls as well.
