This was my first time that I have used an auto transport service, I picked Auto Zipper because they had great reviews and reasonable pricing. They picked up my car four days after I contacted them, the communication between my contact at Auto Zipper and the transport company was excellent, they kept me informed as to where they were and estimated time of arrival. I was even able to contact the driver to see how things were going. Because I live on a narrow dead end street the car was dropped off at a nearby shopping center parking lot. I was concerned because the car had low ground clearance, but the driver was very careful unloading and the car was received wtth no damage. I would definitely use Auto Zipper again, their excellent reputation is well deserved. John Carter
