A pretty good experience

Our contact person (Brian) was incredibly pleasant and nice to do business with, but the actual driver service was just so-so. We were told our car would hopefully be picked up on a Tuesday, and that the driver would call and give us updates as to a more accurate day/time, but there were no updates or pickups until the following Sunday. Luckily for us, time was not an issue so it didn't make a big difference this time, but if it had, we would have been out of luck. The car arrived undamaged and they allowed us to pack some items into the trunk that were not damaged either, so we were happy about that. Next time, if time is no issue, we would probably use AutoZipper again, esp since the price was comparable to or a little lower than other companies and the company received good reviews.
