Great Transport - Will Use Again

I had a great experience with AutoZipper. Initially I called 5 different auto shippers for the best price. AutoZipper came in as the second cheapest at $1090. The only other company that was cheaper had a price difference of $40. Other companies ranged from $1050 - $1375.

The reason I decided to go with AutoZipper was because Brian Cronin was very personable. He explained how the car shipment process works and how other companies are priced and even gave me a name of one of the competitors to call so I could make a comparison! I think he is a very honest person to work with, therefore I felt comfortable leaving my car in his hands. When I called the competitor the operator/customer service representative was very short with me. I figure, its much more worth it to spend the extra $40 to have excellent customer service. If you read reviews of other shippers there are horror stories of the car not shipping for months. Or the broker not being aware of where the car is and lack of contact with the driver. This was not the case at all with AutoZipper. When you are talking about a huge/expensive piece of property who wants to risk having it damaged or having to deal with a broker/shipper who is uncommunicative? It's just not worth it.

Brian was a part of the entire process while I made arrangements to get my car shipped from Manhattan up until the point the car arrived in San Francisco. He communicated with my sister, her fiancee etc. with no fuss or complications. Brian called me today to even follow up and see how the shipment went. I am very happy with my decision to go with AutoZipper and will definitely use them again.
