Brian's a joy to work with, he ensures that everything is as it should be and that you are comfortable and content along the way. The car was picked up a couple days later than originally scheduled, but still within the original window. I didn't need it urgently, anyway, so this was to very important to me. The car arrived in the same condition as it left, although it had a healthy coat of soot and road grime, but that's to be expected since I only paid for open transport. The door-to-door service was extremely useful and I couldn't find anyone who could beat AutoZipper's price (and actually had a good reputation!). If I never need to move a car again, I won't hesitate to contact Brian.
