I made the arrangements way in advance based on my daughter's school schedule. The car had to be picked up on certain date. I was not concerned about the delivery date. Brian returned every call I made. The car was picked up on time. The car was delivered in 7 days. The driver called me to let me know that he would be arriving. We had a terrible storm in Boston and the driver still arrived way ahead of schedule. I will certainly use Auto Zipper again!!
