This was my first time shipping a car, therefore the whole process seemed a bit overwhelming. However, when I called AutoZipper and spoke with Brian, my nerves were eased. I decided to go with AutoZipper because Brian was helpful in answering ALL my questions, extremely pleasant on the phone, and did not pressure me during the process. Overall, I felt he was upfront and honest. AutoZipper's price was also in the middle range of other companies I spoke to - I called over 25 companies during my selection process.

The pick-up and delivery went smooth. The only issue happened during the delivery process. The truck used to transport my vehicle had arrived to my destination city, but my vehicle could not be delivered due to the weather. The truck was too cold to start, but this blame really can't be placed on anyone - temperatures had reached 5-10 degrees F during that time. However, once the driver was able to start his truck, delivery went well.

I'm very satisfied with my experience and would ship with AutoZipper again!
