This was the first time I had shipped any vehicle and chose Auto Zipper based on reviews from the BBB and the cost. I had called and researched numerous companies prior to making the decision. I worked with Brian throughout the process and could not be any more pleased with the way it was handled. I had numerous questions that I asked via phone & email and Brian got back to me same day and most often, immediately. He followed up after both the pick up and delivery to ensure that everything went well. The driver, Ivan, was also just as responsive and returned my phone calls promptly. I was notified of any potential delays and was kept in the loop the entire time. I would recommend this company and more specifically Brian to handle any auto shipping.
