The contact at AutoZipper, Brian Cronin, was very responsive. Although the delivery was delayed a few days because the transport truck broke down, Brian was always responsive to my questions and concerns. The pick-up was on time. The cost was well worth not having to drive the car myself- it was $200 up front, and then $500 upon delivery. A nice bonus was that I was allowed to put items in the trunk (up to 90 pounds), which helped with the moving. The driver and trucking company, N&L transport, were also very responsive to my phone calls and were good about calling in advance to notify me of pick-up or drop-off times.
