I used Auto Zipper at the end of May 2009 when I needed to transport my car from NY to TX. I was very nervous about shipping my car as I have heard a lot of negative things about auto carriers. Fortunately, my experience with Brian Cronin and Scott (the driver of the auto carrier) was outstanding! Brian was very responsive and returned my phone calls promptly. He even gave me his personal cell phone number and said that I could contact him at any time with any questions or concerns! Brian was able to schedule my transport expeditiously, and I only gave him less than a week's notice! I have already recommended AutoZipper to a friend who needed to have her car transported to TX as well. My car arrived in El Paso on time and in very good shape. I was able to communicate with the driver, Scott, during the course of his trip from NY to TX, which alleviated a lot of anxiety. I was able to check in with him daily for updated reports on his location. I would highly recommend Auto Zipper for any of your auto transportation needs!
