I am quite certain that those of you who are reading this reveiw may wonder if I am being overly generous with my "EXCELLANT"ratings for this company and there may be those of you who may feel "Is she for real?" Please rest assured that I would highly recommend this company to oversee the transport of your vehicle ANYWHERE within this country. Last year my fiancee spent several months searching for the "perfect"1988 BMW M6. He traveled to various states until the "perfect car was found in New York. After flying down to inspect the car, he made arrangements with ****** Transporters to ship our car back to us here in California. Needless to say .... the experience left us with a FOUL TASTE for Auto Transporters. After several weeks, our vehicle arrived with quite a bit of damage and the company would not accept full respondsibility of the improper handling of the car. They paid for a minimal amount of the damage leaving us with the huge expense of repairs needed to restore the M6 to it's original purchase condition. We were left with a "NEVER AGAIN" attitude until the time presented itself last month when we found a beautiful BMW X5 in Florida. We were the winning bidders of this beautiful vehicle and this time we made sure we did our home work and researched various internet sites that enabled us to see the 'track records' of various auto shippers. After a week of researching, I feel we were blessed to have found the RIGHT ONE when we chose AUTO ZIPPER. Brian (contact person) was extremely cordial, informative and assured me that he dealt only with reputable shippers. He contacted me several times to update me with each pickup/delivery phase and the shipper in turn contacted us as well to let us know within hours when they would be arriving at our door. They were in our driveway in a materr of six days! The enclosed transporter was in impecable condition and one could see how well insulated our car was when they began the unloading process. NOT A DING TO BE SEEN and the delivery servicemen were extremely friendly and quite helpful, making sure we were happy with the condition of our car. Let it be known to all >>> AUTO ZIPPER IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO!!!
