In the course of doing a good deal of research on the internet and over the phone I spoke to Brian C of AutoZipper. I asked him a host of questions as I had a bad experience with auto brokers previously. I was pretty tough on him. However he answered everything honestly and professionally. Several of the brokers I spoke to earlier in my search gave misleading answers or avoided answering the more difficult questions.
The price was very fair and compettive with other bids. Once I gave Brian the order he acted quickly. My car was picked up within 24 hours of placing the order. The pickup point was on the NJ coast so a two car carrier picked it up and took to a Philadelphia area depot. I was concerned about this as this was a new car and would have to be transferred on to a larger truck and that is just another chance for damage. However Brian told me that he used this carrier before and they were trustworthy and very careful. He also provided me with a copy of the carriers insurance coverages. My car waited two days in Philadelphia. Brian called me when it left and told me it would arrive in NV in two and half days. I thought it would be closer to 5 or 6 days based upon the other brokers I spoke with.
Two days later I got a call from the driver who told me that he would arrive at my home in 3 hours. The truck arrived almost exact on time. There were two drivers and they had driven non-stop. The drivers were very friendly and courteous. My car was first off. The car was undamaged and once I cleaned the road dirt off , it looked like new.
So it was a trouble free experience and I would definitely use AutoZipper agin . Ask for Brian. He is a pro.
