I purchased a 2005 Porsche Carrera from a private party in Southern California. However, I live in Northern California and was leaving on a vacation the very next day. I would be out of the state for a week but wanted to get the car into my possession ASAP. I contacted AutoZipper and another Southern California transport company by email. Both companies responded to my emails immediately, providing detailed information about their services. I called the one that had a lower rate quote but after waiting an hour, I never received a return call. I called Autozipper and began a pleasant conversation with Brian Cronin. His price was $50 higher but he was ready to go to work for me. He quickly understood my dilemma, explained the service they could provide and we made the arrangements - all over the phone. Brian stayed in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. I ultimately worked directly with his driver who helped coordinate the actual delivery by calling one of my neighbors who was helping me. I would highly recommend using Autozipper if anyone ever needs to have a car transported anywhere! Finally, I need to add that I never heard from the other Company, so my suggestion would be that a potential $50 savings might have cost me much more in the long run.
