I had never shipped a car before and was nervous about shipping my 2000 Honda Accord, recently purchased, from Seattle to upstate NY, where I relocated to take a new job. I read lots of reviews on here to determine which company to go with, and saw many good reviews for AutoZipper. It turned out that they offered me the best price, even though the quote I got on the website was lower than what I was told over the phone (I asked that the web quote be honored, and it was). Brian was very helpful and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Since Autozipper doesn't ship your car directly, you end up working with another company, the one who actually gets the job. In this case US Auto Transport was the company I had to deal with directly, and I don't fault Autozipper in any way for the individuals responsible for my car. I had a negative experience with the driver who picked up my car in Seattle. He arrived in a small truck with a single-car trailer and for some unknown reason didn't have any fuel in his truck. So he waited in my parking lot for 45 minutes and when I finally came outside, on my way to run errands with a friend, he walked over to us and sheepishly told us he had no gas..so he asked us to take him to a gas station. we reluctantly agreed, since we were going in that direction anyway, and took him to a gas station. When we got there he complained that the station didn't have diesel fuel, but he never told us he needed diesel. So we had to take him to ANOTHER station and finally he filled up his fuel tanks and we took him back to the truck. I was disgusted with this experience, but I called Brian at Autozipper and he was just as puzzled by it as I was and apologized profusely, said he'd personally make sure my car got to me in perfect order and would take full responsibility if it didn't. He said he never heard of this happening so was quite surprised. My car did eventually get to me but I wouldn't want to deal with US Auto Transport again, so if you do go through one of these larger brokers, like Autozipper, I'd recommend asking them to cross that company off the list - the drivers were cordial at best, not overly communicative (I had to waste precious cell phone minutes to call and check up on my driver several times a day because he'd tell me he'd be here between certain hours and kept getting delayed - but didn't call me to tell me that) and I guess I am lucky and glad my car arrived. it was dusty and dirty, but that's what you get on an open trailer. I put it through one car wash and hopefully a good hard rain will get rid of the rest of the grime in my hubcaps.

Overall I recommend Autozipper because Brian Cronin works hard, is friendly and reliable and does his best to make sure you get your car on time and without damage.
