Excellent Shipping with Autozipper

I recently purchased an SUV in California and had to ship it back to Central New York. The dealership I bought the car through contacted their network of auto transporters who provided "special discount" quotes. I decided to do some research on my own. My top priority was a company that would transport my car without damaging it. Autozipper was one of the few companies that had glowing reviews. After calling around, Autozipper also had the best price, even compared to the "special discount" prices I got through the car dealership. Furthermore, Brian Cronin at Autozipper was very professional, extremely helpful, and provided excellent customer service. Because of an unexpected personal emergency, I had to change the date of pickup of my vehicle at the last minute. Brian was very understanding and willing to help accomodate alternate plans. At the last minute, I was also able to make changes to the delivery of my vehicle. Throughout this whole process, Brian either answered the phone himself every time I called, or he returned my voicemail messages promptly. I will be shipping a vehicle again within the next year and I will definitely use Autozipper.
