Never done this before and was VERY hesitant after reading some of the horror stories on this site. Settled on Auto Zipper based on the good reviews and could not have been more pleased. The pick-up was within a few days - they showed up on a Sunday (I like hard working companies so, it was fine) on eastern Long Island, 1 1/2 hrs. from NYC, and delivered my son's Explorer to California in 4 days - a day ahead of schedule! Vehicle was fine and the care packages we packed for him were untouched. The driver was great on each end - pleasant and helpful. Great experience.
