This review is 3 months overdue but still, this company deserves it.
Brian was knowledgeable, friendly and matter-of-fact. I was initially skeptical after doing my homework and reading reviews as this auto transport industry seems to be somewhat like a pig in a poke. As an AAA member I researched the firm they recommended and even they were marginal. Hence, my big-time skepticism. But, thru Brian, our car was delivered to Buffalo NY from Los Angeles one day early and in the same shape it left us. Per inspection, no add'l dings or scratches. We worried about the fixed exterior antenna, but nothing happened. All in all, we got exactly the service we hoped for and no glitches.
