Brian is very helpful and attentive. The car moved and shipped easily and quickly and all people associated with the move were helpful.

I only had one complaint. Due to my remote location, I had to pay a little more, though I didn't mind that. However, because of the location, I was also told that I should take the first driver available which was three weeks prior to my move. The car then arrived five days later so I am pretty sure another truck would have been available in the next two weeks that still would have gotten my car to my new destination on time. I felt a little pressured to take the first one available. This wouldn't be a problem from any sizeable city, but just be aware of it if you are in a smaller town.
