My dad offered me his older car for free if I came & got it but not wanting to go back to CA (after just being there a couple months previous for my moms funeral) I was "brainstorming" for ways to get the car out her to NC. I figured the best way to get the car out here was to go ahead and pay the money to have it shipped as even with the cost involved the car was worth the invested $. After looking around on-line I got very nervous about this as there are a lot of "horror stories" out there but then I figured most people who write things about companies on the net are using it to vent their frustrations thus I went ahead & got some on-line quotes. Right off the bat AutoZipper was on the ball, very prompt & very concise. I had a laundry list of concerns that I e-mailed to Brian & he e-mailed back complete answers very promptly, in ANY business good communication is EXTREMELY important, especially when things of value (like a car or home) are involved. We had a tough place to pick the car up & get it delivered to so it was taking time to get things rolling (no pun intended) but Brian was ALWAYS available & ALWAYS kept me up to date as to what was going on. His communication is awesome! Anyway the car got here safe & sound, with no problems whatsoever. I wouldnt hesitate to use AutoZipper again & would recommend them to anyone considering having their auto shipped across town or across country (as I did).
